Gladys is a very knowledgeable professional. I was introduced to Gladys when I was looking for a place to rent in Florida. She drove to a lot of different places to show me houses that were in my price range and she found me the perfect location close to transportation and walking distance to the mall, supermarkets, movie theater and restaurants as she knew I didn't drive. Fast forward a year later and I used her again when purchasing this property. Even though the location I was looking at was over two hours away, Gladys would pick me up and drive me to see the properties. She showed me a lot of properties and didn't jus try to get me to buy just to get a sale. She answered all my questions and would find out the answers to anything she did not know. She went above and beyond to get me the best deal working up to two hours before closing to help me get credits for a problem that showed up two days before closing. Complex Sale. Gladys is very kind & caring...she was the one who helped me purchase my first home back in 2010... Now due to very difficult circumstances...I was facing foreclosure...I didn't know what to do or where to turn for help... Gladys stepped in to walk me through everything step by step...she was my knight in shining armor... She got my home sold in less than a week for more than I owed the bank...keeping a foreclosure off my credit...and getting me nearly $20,000.00 back at closing to allow my family & I to get a fresh start in our new rental property.
