Gladys is a very knowledgeable professional. I was introduced to Gladys when I was looking for a place to rent in Florida. She drove to a lot of different places to show me houses that were in my price range and she found me the perfect location close to transportation and walking distance to the mall, supermarkets, movie theater and restaurants as she knew I didn't drive. Fast forward a year later and I used her again when purchasing this property. Even though the location I was looking at was over two hours away, Gladys would pick me up and drive me to see the properties. She went above and beyond to get me the best deal working up to two hours before closing to help me get credits for a problem that showed up two days before closing.
